The U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) offers a free home safety checklist to assist consumers in spotting possible safety problems which may be present in their homes. The checklist is in a simple yes or no format and is organized by areas in the home. An English and a Spanish version are available and can be printed from the website.
